Network Performance Monitoring System

In this project, we developed a real time network performance monitoring system to measure around 430 KPIs of a telecom network.
The system was also used to identify top worst performing cells and display relevant analytics.
These analytics were transferred to site support team to carry out the necessary maintenance operations.
Previously, the company was using Microsoft Excel to manually produce analytics and monitor the KPIs of the network. This manual approach was time consuming and subject to human error.
